On-line banking and payment services
We design and develop highly secured online banking applications allowing customers to perform ATM-like transactions via the Internet. They can get account status, make payments, transfer funds, etc.
On-line account application
We design and develop online systems to manage applications for new CD, DDA, and Savings accounts. The system interfaces with eFunds for credit checking, and accepts signature cards via either an automated fax process or mail. This interfaces with the Intranet Rate Tool to give accurate account rates for the applicant's region. The system includes an administrative interface that is used to track the status of applications from creation until final approval or denial. It provides a set of reports and methods to move and reassign applications to customer service representatives so that they can be tracked or completed.
ePayments with eShopping Cart
An eCommerce application that enables dynamic online payment functionality. It is designed to facilitate payments and micro-payments using credit, debit, stored value and privately branded cards, and checks. It connects customers' existing legacy and web based applications to various intermediary payment processing networks. It can also connect with customers' POS systems. ePayments is a secure system that uses an easy to understand shopping cart checkout model for ease of legacy and web application integration and customer familiarity.

- Can provide real-time order information to a remote order fulfillment center and/or legacy system.
- Provides a secured connection to a Visa authorized online payment processor using RBA's ePayments Utility.

- The system can be IVR enabled.
- Support for customization of products (personalized greeting cards) is built in.
- Order fulfillment processing supports an optional confirmation message from remote legacy systems to ensure orders get processed.
